CHILDREN'S PRIVACY POLICY

Beast Mode Soccer Inc & My Soccer Training Inc is committed to motivating, educating and inspiring children and soccer players of all ages through beneficial training tools and competition. Beast Mode Soccer Inc & My Soccer Training Inc is dedicated to protecting your privacy and handling any personal information we obtain from you with care and respect. This Children's Privacy Policy is designed to answer your questions regarding our privacy policies and principles with respect to children under the age of 13.

Building on our Privacy Policy, we recognize the need to provide additional privacy protections when children visit the Site. We explain those additional protections here in this Children's Privacy Policy. For your convenience, this Children's Privacy Policy uses terms that are defined in our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.

We want to inform parents and legal guardians about how we collect, use, and disclose personal information from children under 13 years of age; and how we obtain the consent of parents and guardians in order for children under 13 years of age to use our Site. Below we explain how we do that for these "children." Also, when we use the term "parent" below, we mean to include legal guardians.

1. What types of personal information do we collect about children?

A. Children can surf the Sites and view content without any personal information being collected. We do not collect personal information from children unless they register on the Sites.

B. Children will be required to register in order to participate in some of the Beast Mode Soccer Inc & My Soccer Training Inc Services. The information we may collect from children during our registration process is a child's name, parent's e-mail address, child's birth date, user name, gender, city, state, team, club and password. We collect birth dates to validate the ages of our guests, including children. We collect city, state, team and club to foster online competition and motivation. We do not collect any other personally identifiable information from children during our registration process. Note that we have a policy against conditioning a child's participation in an online activity on the child's providing more personal information than is reasonably necessary.

C. After registration, parents should be aware that a child may provide additional information to fully participate in the Services. This feature includes uploading pictures of themselves performing various soccer exercises to help develop their soccer ability, to compare with other users or to challenge other users.

2. What information do we publish and what information do we not publish about any registered child?

To foster competition and to motivate children, we may publish a child's user name, first name, team, club, photo, city, and/or state on our Site.

We do not publish a child's last name. 

3. How do we notify and obtain consent from parents for the collection of information from their children?

​We send an e-mail to the address provided when a child registers. We also have the child indicate that they have a parent's permission to participate if they are under the age of 13. If a parent refuses to allow the child's registration and entry, that parent can contact us within 48 hours of registration and we delete the child's information from our database. If we don't hear back from the parent, we assume it is acceptable for the child to be registered. After 48 hours, please reference Section 4 to modify or delete your child's account.

4. How can parents access, change or delete personally identifiable information about their children?

At any time parents can refuse to permit us to collect further personal information from their child and can request that any personal information we have collected be deleted from our records. We use two methods to allow parents to access, change, or delete the personally identifiable information that we have collected from their children.

A. A parent can access, change, or delete his or her child's personal information by logging on to the child's profile page. The parent will need to have their child's username and password. To retrieve a lost or forgotten password, click here.

B. A parent can contact our customer service department to access, change, or delete the personal information that we have collected from his or her child by sending an e-mail to help@mysoccertraining.com. Please include the child's username, parent's e-mail address, city and state in the e-mail so that we can better assist you with your inquiry or request.

5. How will we notify parents if our Children's Privacy Policy changes?

We may amend our Children's Privacy Policy at any time. We encourage you to refer to this policy on an ongoing basis so that you understand our current privacy policy. We will provide parents e-mail notification only in the case of any material changes in the way we intend to collect, use, and/or share a child's personal information. Please note that, at all times, parents should update their personal information to ensure Beast Mode Soccer Inc & My Soccer Training Inc has a current e-mail address on file. We will apply material changes in our Children's Privacy Policy only in conformance with applicable law.

7. Can my child use the in app social media and is it safe?

We allow any registered child to participate i n the 'social media' function of the My Soccer Training App. This enables the user to share their training regime, what they need help with and encourage other like minded players with their training. By using the social media function, children agree to the Community Guidelines.

Parents are encouraged to monitor their childrens use of the social media function. This was a major reason that we also created the Web Application for easy access to monitor their childs use of the My Soccer Training App.
